I really really really hate running,
but i need cardio for stress relief and over all weight control... which i am very into right now.
this work out that she does with Sonia is AWESOME.
if you get a chance to do the video you should !
its fantastically low impact, you dont need weights and you sweat like crazy with out cryng at the end.
it does however leave you wanting more when your finished !
